(Caps/Lower [same], Some Punctuation, Some Special) is as girly a font as I could make. There are big dots as serifs, and the strokes are very loopy and decorative, yet uneven and cartoony. Or rather, it’s Girly. There is only a lowercase (more like unicase) set, so it is best used for headlines.
