This is a digitization of Hypnos, originally it was designed by Jean Alessandrini for Studio Hollenstein in 1969 [Reichardt/Hoefer] and shown in their 1971 and 1974 phototype catalogs. A Mecanorma version was announced for Oct. 1973.
