Bubble Sans is a neutral handwritten typeface designed for Comic Book Lettering. Inspired by comic book Speech Bubble Lettering of the early 2000s, its elastic strokes and subtle asymmetry convey the liveliness of handwriting while maintaining the neatness of digital lettering. With wide proportions and open shapes, Bubble Sans remains highly legible even in dense speech bubbles. Thanks to its neutrality and precision, it doesn’t overwhelm the reader and stays easy on the eyes. This is especially important in Children’s Publications: the even letterforms help beginning readers recognize text more quickly and follow the story with interest.

The Typeface includes alternative Cyrillic and Latin letterforms as well as additional decorative symbols. In addition, it supports Greek, Armenian, and Old Turkic scripts, opening up broad opportunities for lettering and display typography in multilingual projects.

Bubble Sans performs equally well in Speech Bubbles, Headlines, Children’s Books, and Posters. Thanks to its Open Font License, the typeface can be freely used in both print and digital projects without restrictions.
